In this month’s NLP Workshop in Singapore we’re going to explore your problems!
Are you having a problem? Do you think you know what’s causing it? Are you sure you know?
In Neuro Linguistic Programming, when someone talks about their problems, they normally state them using a cause-effect relationship. In NLP Coaching, we use the Meta Model to explore “how specifically” does the cause & effect occur. Let’s look at a quick example to show you:
My boss is driving me crazy! = My Boss (cause) / driving me crazy (effect)
In NLP, we would say, “How specifically does your boss drive you crazy?” But this question just touches on the surface of the problem. The danger of these statements is that the relationship between the cause and effect has been overly simplified. It doesn’t investigate the deep structure of the problem and what else may or may not be there. Of course, not all cause & effect statements are invalid. Some may be valid just incomplete. Others may be valid only under certain circumstances. How do you know? You come to the NLP Workshop in Singapore, won’t you!?!
If you don’t know, you can’t change your understanding of these cause and effect statements which means you’re missing a key element of your belief system that ultimately drives your behavior. And you wouldn’t want that to happen, would you?
In this Month’s NLP Workshop in Singapore, you’ll discover:
- Aristotle’s view on investigation and analysis – the 4 types of causes
- How to complete a Cause Audit for your problems
- Analyse the outcome you want instead of the problem
- How to uncover hidden resources to utilise to get your ultimate outcome
The best part about this Month’s NLP Workshop is that you can use what you learn for any type of problem, outcome or resource in any type of situation (work, relationships, financial, etc.)
